3 things you need to know about Transition IEP before your child has one

Heather was five years old when she first knew she wanted to be a teacher, at 16 years old that she realized that special education was her calling and is  most happy working with individuals with disabilities.  

She is currently teaching transition age young adults (18-22 years old) teaching them  Community, life skills, and vocational skills.

It is important to get a blueprint on what is to come so that we can best prepare for out child's future.
